On November 8, 2009, Teton Energy Corporation and several of its subsidiaries (the “Debtors”) filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the “Chapter 11 Cases”) in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. The Debtors’ Chapter 11 Cases were jointly administered under case number 09-13946.
On January 20, 2010, the Court confirmed the Debtors’ Second Amended Joint Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization (the "Plan"). The Plan went effective on January 22, 2010.
